Peter’s career spans corporate advisory, private equity, non-executive directorships, financial control and general management.
He has over twenty-five years experience in advising smaller and mid-sized businesses and has been a non-executive director of over 20 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing and retail.
Peter is currently non-executive chairman of ASX listed Ambertech Limited (audio and broadcast products) and non-executive director of The Hydroponics Company Limited (ASX: THC) and non-executive director of The Executive Connection Pty Ltd. Peter was non-executive chairman of ASX listed Ideas International Limited (strategic IT marketing).
He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountant Business valuation Specialist and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers.
